Facts and Requirements:

• Hair is clean, washed & styled 

• Nails are clean and free of dirt, a manicure by a professional is strongly encouraged for ladies

• If open-toed shoes are planning to be worn, clean-looking toenails are a must!

• Pedicure is strongly suggested if open-toed shoes are planning to be worn

• Outfit choices need to be approved by photographer at least a week before the scheduled session

• Help with styling outfits is included

• Profanity, inappropriate or suggestive wording, symbolism or images on any items of clothing are prohibited

• Clothing needs to be stain free & free of wrinkles. Rips are ok if they are intentional.

• Be prepared for posing & prompts during the session to achieve desired images 

• Take note of the photographer’s style of images and  consider that the images taken and delivered will look similar

• It is the clients’ responsibility to bring their own water bottle, comb, spray bottle, bug spray, bobby pins, hairspray etc. 

• It is the clients’ responsibility to go about touch ups during the session

• Be considerate and respectful of the photographer’s time and effort during the session

• 20 images come with a full session however, additional images can be purchased in the "View + Choose" step of the photo process.

• 10 images come with a mini session however, additional images can be purchased in the "View + Choose" step of the photo process.

• Up to 5 people are included in a family session. Each additional person is $25. 

Optional add-ons 

 

Additional location - $95

 

Additional outfit - $75

 

Additional location outside of 30 mile radius - $95 plus 0.75 per mile

 

Additional images - $15 per image

 

Entire gallery - 

• Full session gallery: $200

Process

The session: 

On the scheduled session day, we will all meet at the chosen location. I will send a pin to the location through text or Facebook messenger in case the client is having trouble. In rare cases, we may have to carpool if there are 2 locations involved. From this point, I will give you a combination of poses and prompts to get the best images possible. The shooting time involved does not include the time it takes to drive to another location, breaks in between, or to change outfits. The remaining balance due can be payed the day of at the end of the session. Please come relaxed and ready for some prompts and poses! Get plenty of rest the day before and drink plenty of water the day of! 

 

Editing Process:

It can take up to 5-7 days to edit a full session and 3-4 days to edit a mini session at most depending on the editing schedule of the photographer. All edited digital images available that have been color corrected and tone adjusted will be coordinated in a gallery and sent to the email provided by the client on their signed release form. My watermark will be on all images provided until the client picks their favorites as well as any additional images, and client makes notes on any photos they feel may need additional retouching, cropped differently, etc. Once favorites are chosen (10 with a mini, 20 with a full) and all additional changes have been made, the watermark will be removed from the image and a new gallery will be sent to the email provided along with a print release in a separate email to follow.

 

If a client wishes to purchase additional images, the payment can be made through PayPal, Facebook Pay or we can meet in person for payment with cash or check. I do not accept debit or credit cards at this time. Once the photographer gets a notification that all images have been downloaded, the entire album can potentially be deleted off of the online gallery right away and no longer be accessible to the client. A print release will follow the final gallery in a separate email. A client can show the print release to any photo lab and be able to print any image with no problem.
